Job summary

CULINA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Storekeeper (Wine) to oversee the end-to-end handling of alcoholic beverage inventory, including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing and releasing goods.

You will maintain accurate stock records and ensure regulatory compliance across customs, duties, and auditing processes. This role requires physical fitness to handle goods up to 25 kg, fluency in English, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written English.
Physically fit to handle goods around 25 kg, including non-halal products.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc).
Forklift license / customs declarant ID are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect alcoholic shipments; record in inventory systems.
Maintain accurate stock records; organize and monitor stock levels.
Calculate duties and coordinate with finance for payments and documentation.
Pick, pack, label and stage products for delivery based on orders.
Ensure storage meets customs and agency regulations; secure high-value items and maintain audit records.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, inventory and logistics; report discrepancies.
Keep storage area clean and safe; follow handling protocols and report hazards.
Use ERP system or logs to update inventory and maintain documentation.

Job Summary

This role ensures accurate stock records, compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, proper duty processing, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Description

Receiving & Inspection- Receive and verify incoming / returned alcoholic shipments, inspect for damage, and record in inventory systems.
Inventory Management- Maintain accurate stock records, organise by category, apply FIFO, and monitor stock levels.
Duty & Tax Processing- Calculate duties, coordinate with finance, and ensure payments and documentation are in order.
Order Fulfilment- Pick, pack, label, and stage alcoholic products for delivery based on orders.
Regulatory Compliance- Ensure storage meets customs and agency regulations; secure high-value items and maintain audit records.
Team Coordination- Communicate with purchasing, sales, inventory and logistics teams; report discrepancies and assist in stock counts.
Housekeeping & Safety- Keep storage area clean and safe; follow handling protocols and report hazards.
System Updates & Documentation- Use ERP system / manual logs to update inventory and maintain proper documentation for all processes.
