Job summary

WINTER TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities include receiving, labeling, put-away, picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods. You will also maintain documentation and support stock counts, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role requires bilingual English/Mandarin, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform heavy physical work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for document processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, labeling, put-away, picking and packing.
• Load/unload goods and maintain housekeeping.
• Maintain records and filing of documents and transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual stock count.
• Assist supervisor with other related tasks.

Job description

Job Scopes:

• Responsible for day to day warehouse operations which include receiving, labelling, put away to storage location, picking and packing of orders
• Loading/unloading of goods
• Maintains proper housekeeping in the warehouse
• Maintains proper records and filing of all documents and transactions
• Performs periodical cycle count and participate in annual stock count
• Performs and assist any other general or related tasks asassigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum with secondary education
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Training provided
• Preferred with experience in warehousing environment
• Energetic / Hardworking
• Able to do heavy physical work activities
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good working attitude and interpersonal skills
• With reach lift truck skills and experience, an advantage
