Job summary

MVO MARKETING (S) PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and deliveries. You will assist the Operations Executive, handle picking and packing, loading and unloading, and help ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

You must be physically fit for cold store work, able to lift up to 20 kg, and willing to work overtime. Good teamwork and communication are essential, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse processes and daily warehouse tasks.
• Able to work in cold store environments and lift up to 20 kg.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and detail oriented.

• Ensure accuracy of picking/packing based on the Delivery Order.
• Loading and unloading of goods from container.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Ensure cold chain maintained during daily warehouse operation and delivery.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to changing procedures and processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior.

• Self-motivated, hands-on, attention to details and service-oriented.
• Good team player with good communication skills.
• Able to operate forklift would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime if required.
