Job summary

M.TECH PRODUCTS PTE LTD is seeking a warehouse associate in Singapore to receive, check, and process shipments. You will perform pick and pack for outgoing orders and conduct monthly stock takes, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth stock movements.

Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift 15–25 kg, possess basic computer literacy, and be bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack for outgoing shipments.
• Perform monthly physical stock takes.

• Handle physical tasks like carrying heavy goods.
• Adhere to SOP and keep storage area organized and safe.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and perform checking of incoming shipment
• Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments
• Perform monthly physical stock take
• Liaise with different stakeholders (internal / external) pertaining to stock received/releasing into/from store
• Perform some physical tasks like carrying heavy goods
• Compliance to company SOP and maintain storage area as organized and safe
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary education/ N-Level
• Relevant warehouse/store experience
• Physically fit to lift load of 15kg ~ 25kg
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Responsible and ability to work independently
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
