Job summary

ALL SAINTS HOME is seeking a Storeman to join the Operations team in Singapore. You will verify received goods, ensure proper documentation, and liaise with requestors when items arrive. The role requires stocking, record-keeping, and daily ward stock replenishment with a 5.5-day work week.

The candidate should have at least GCE O Levels, 3 years of experience, and be able to lift heavy goods. Proficiency in PC systems and MS Office is essential, with a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Verify goods received against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
• Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgement for delivered goods.
• Communicate with requestors when goods arrive.
• Record and store items in appropriate rack space.
• Perform daily stock replenishment on stock trolley in wards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with regular stock checks.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions for Operations.
• Maintain clean and organized store area.
• Prepare year-end documentation for audits.
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

As part of the Operations team, the Storeman is responsible to:-

• Ensure goods received are of the correct quantity and quality (visually detected defects are not accepted) according to the purchase orders.

• Ensure that goods delivered has proper documentation and acknowledgement.

• Correspond with the requestor when the goods arrived.

• Ensure items are record and stored in proper rack space.

• Daily replenishment of stock on Stock Trolley in the wards.

• Maintain proper and updated inventory records by doing regular stock checks.

• Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) for Operations.

• Maintain good housekeeping of the store.

• Prepare year end documentation for year-end audit

• Any miscellaneous ops tasks as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

• Ability to carry and lift heavy goods

• Ability to work on 5.5 day work week (including Saturdays)

• Adept at using PC systems and MS Office software and other software systems

• Positive working attitude to work in a team
