Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd is seeking a supervising manager for Chinese F&B outlets in Singapore. You will lead service staff, manage floor plans and rosters, and ensure quality customer service across locations such as Tai Seng, Cathay, and Jewel.

You will oversee stock control and equipment checks, participate in hiring junior staff, and provide coaching and disciplinary input as needed. This full-time role requires 5.5 days per week with long shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a Chinese F&B restaurant setting.
• Experience in established Chinese restaurant groups such as Jumbo, Crystal Jade, Peach Garden, or Paradise Group is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and train service staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of the customer.
• Resolve potential service failure with tact and diplomacy.
• Oversee multiple stations and recommend improvements to the Store Manager.
• Supervise and guide service staff in performing their duties.
• Conduct daily roll calls, plan and manage floor plan, roster, any other administrative duties.
• Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed during operations and update Store Manager of any changes.
• Conduct stock inventory and place order for restaurant items.
• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
• Actively involved in hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions.
• Actively involved in staff counselling and propose to management on course of disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment.

• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, 11 hours per day.
• Work locations: Tai Seng, Cathay, or Jewel.
