Stigious Pte Ltd is seeking a competent restaurant supervisor to uphold the company’s Vision, Mission and Values while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced Chinese F&B environment.

You will oversee multiple stations, guide service staff, manage daily rosters, plan floor layouts, and ensure proper staffing during operations. The role involves involvement in hiring junior staff and contributing to disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a Chinese F&B restaurant setting.
• Experience with established Chinese restaurant groups such as Jumbo, Crystal Jade, Peach Garden, or Paradise Group is preferred.
• Strong leadership to supervise, guide, and train service staff.
• Experience in staff scheduling, manpower planning, stock inventory, and ordering restaurant supplies.
• Good customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Able to handle staff counselling and administrative duties.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, 11 hours per day.
• Work locations: Tai Seng, Cathay, or Jewel.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
• Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of the customer
• Resolve potential service failure with tact and diplomacy
• Oversee multiple stations and recommend improvements to the Store Manager
• Supervise and guide service staff in performing their duties
• Conduct daily roll calls, plan and manage floor plan, roster, any other administrative duties
• Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed during operations and update Store Manager of any changes
• Conduct stock inventory and place order for restaurant items
• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment
• Actively involved in hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions
• Actively involved in staff counselling and propose to management on course of disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment
