Job summary

FASTGIG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead our F&B service crew in delivering excellent service while upholding food quality, hygiene and safety standards.

You will monitor staff performance, train new team members, handle customer enquiries with professionalism, and assist with inventory and daily tasks as directed by the Store Manager. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in F&B or similar supervisory role with knowledge of food safety/hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, guiding service crew to ensure smooth service and high quality.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, guiding and supporting the service crew to ensure smooth, efficient service and consistently high food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and work allocation, and train and coach new team members to build a capable, motivated team.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment and daily operational tasks, and undertake other duties delegated by the Store Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or a similar supervisory role, with good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, customer service and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle operational challenges, and coordinate daily outlet operations effectively.
• Responsible, proactive and team-oriented, with willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
