Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store recruiting goals and drive sales targets.
• Run Cash Register and operate POS systems.
• Maintain stock levels and store conditions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Identify needs and preferences of customers and offer solutions.
• Ensure data quality in sales staff client books and monitor compliance.
• Facilitate staff trainings and inductions.
• Enforce in-store safety procedures and company policies.
