Job summary

MISTER SEDAP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Assistant to engage customers, process POS transactions, and help optimize store performance in Singapore. You will contribute to sales targets, assist with merchandising, and support new hires with onboarding and training.

The role requires solid retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work during opening hours and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Experience using POS systems and labeling equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior management in outdoor retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store recruiting goals.
• Run cash register and POS transactions.
• Drive sales to meet store and individual targets.
• Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising.
