Qualifications

• At least an O-Level qualification or above.
• Retail experience: 2 years total, including 1 year in customer service and 1 year directing the work of others.
• University degree in business or related field may substitute for part of the required experience.
• Passion and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
