Job summary

YUAN TAI TANG HEALTHY CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a TCM wellness centre in Singapore. You will manage staff, handle customer service, and drive sales performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have local Singapore experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in Chinese (basic English a plus). Preference for candidates with experience in health and wellness businesses.

Qualifications

• Relevant local working experience in Singapore is required.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar retail/service management role.
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer service mindset, and good team management abilities.
• Responsible, proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of the Singapore local market and customer needs.
• Able to communicate in Chinese. Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
• Management experience in TCM clinics, wellness centres, beauty salons, massage centres, or health and wellness businesses is preferred.
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management is preferred.
