Job summary

RAYONEX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Centre Manager to lead our wellness center, overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and delivering memorable client experiences in Singapore.

You will manage CRM and client scheduling, coordinate staff rosters, monitor inventory and sales, and collaborate on promos and events with the team. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years in operations or customer service are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in operations, retail, spa, wellness, or customer service.
• Organized, hands-on, and people-oriented.
• Willing to learn CRM, Excel, and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Run center operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.

What You will Own:

• Run Operations: Oversee daily center workflow and keep things efficient
• Build Customer Love: Shape customer experience + manage CRM to build loyal clients
• Schedule Master: Manage staff rosters and client appointments
• Stock + Sales: Track inventory, monitor sales performance, and report results
• Marketing Support: Help plan promos, events, and campaigns with the team
• Client Champion: Welcome clients, manage relationships, and ensure 5-star service
