Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Singapore to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit and develop a strong team, manage payroll and scheduling, and uphold Puma standards across merchandising and loss prevention.

Travel for store openings and training may be required; you will collaborate with regional markets and marketing to maximize store results and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of management experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals and leading teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for ensuring the Store achieves sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
• Guarantee high standards of customer experience per Cornerstones and service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and succession planning for store Associates.
• Oversee payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service.
• Implement training programs domestically and globally; ensure results.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to drive business and report to managers.
• Manage loss prevention education and compliance within store.
• Execute merchandise receiving, inventory, and visual presentation to Puma standards.
