Job summary

PUMA Singapore is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to deliver outstanding service in-store, achieve sales targets and contribute to profitability. You will embody SPEED & SPIRIT values and ensure the customer experience aligns with Puma’s brand standards.

You will be responsible for visual presentation, stock accuracy, loss prevention, and daily store operations, with training and potential travel for openings or closings. Weekend/evening shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet sales KPIs and maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest levels of service to Puma customers in-store to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain standards of customer experience per Puma brand values and service standards.
• Attend all required training programs (Domestic and Global).
• Participate in loss prevention education and awareness programs.
• Ensure loss prevention and operational compliance within the store.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management.
• Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
• Execute and process incoming/outgoing merchandise; maintain visual presentation.
