PUMA SE is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship store and drive top-line performance in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage payroll and scheduling to optimize profitability.

You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, maintain brand presentation, and collaborate with regional marketing to deliver successful store events. Occasional travel for openings or trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail (apparel/footwear preferred).
• Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and profitability through planning and scheduling.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain high performing associates.
• Control payroll and schedule to maintain profitability.
• Implement training programs and ensure compliance with global/domestic guidelines.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to drive business decisions.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing opportunities and events within budget and policies.
• Maintain store visuals and merchandising per standards.
• Travel for openings/closings and attend manager trainings.
