Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service to meet sales, KPI and profitability goals.
• Maintain store standards per PUMA brand and service guidelines.
• Complete training programs (Domestic and Global) to drive results.
• Participate in Loss Prevention education and awareness.
• Be responsible for Loss Prevention and operational compliance.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management.
• Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately.
• Ensure Visual guidelines are executed and displays are on brand.
• Keep store in good condition and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with policies, core competencies and accountabilities.
• Work non-traditional hours: weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime possible.
