Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Senior Manager, Store Digitalization to lead the regional strategy and rollout of in-store client experience tools across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Franchise markets. You will shape the regional roadmap, align priorities, and partner with Technology, E-commerce, Marketing, and Retail teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience driving digital transformation projects with commercial outcomes.
Proven experience leading cross-functional, regional initiatives from strategy through execution.
Strong project and change leadership capabilities, with experience driving adoption of new tools or ways of working.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across markets, functions and global/regional structures.
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and digital product development is a plus.
SQL or data extraction skills are a plus.
