Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Singapore is seeking a Store Assistant to manage goods receipts, stock updates, and packing/shipping in a fast-paced warehouse. You will support production and subcontractors, perform cycle counts, and maintain 5S and safety standards on-site.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations, relevant certifications, and a solid grasp of SAP/ERP systems along with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Certificate in Warehouse/ Logistics or related fields.
• Possess class 3 driving license and Forklift license
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
• Familiar with 5S and safety practices in warehouse environments.
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receipt operation and systems transaction.
• Issue materials to production and sub-contractors.
• Update stock in SAP (all receiving and issuing transaction).
• Conduct periodic cycle count.
• Pack and ship finished good according to customer’s requirement.
• Ensure discipline, good housekeeping (5S) and safety in warehouse.
• Any other tasks assigned by Store Supervisor.
