Job summary

BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support receiving, stock control, and order fulfilment at our Singapore site. You will maintain spare parts inventory, perform regular stock counts, and ensure accurate CMMS/ERP records.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse operations, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and safe storage practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or diploma-level qualification in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory or logistics.
• Experience with spare parts inventory is a plus.
• Familiar with CMMS/ERP and stock control.
• Forklift licence advantageous.
• Able to lift and move materials safely.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and monitor stock conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Alert the Warehouse Manager on low stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Ensure the store and spare parts areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS/ERP.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch or internal transfers.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper storage practices.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if licensed).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Maintenance, and Production teams to support operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

Job Description

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Alert the Warehouse Manager on low stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Ensure the store and spare parts areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch or internal transfers.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper storage practices.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if licensed and authorized).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Maintenance, and Production teams to support operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Experience handling spare parts inventory is an advantage.
• Familiar with receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Able to safely lift and move materials.
• Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence are advantageous.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Familiar with warehouse documentation such as GRN and DO.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
