Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Singapore to manage pick-pack-label-inspect tasks for local delivery or export, verify documents, and safeguard goods in transit.

A valid Class 3/4 driving licence is required, with warehouse/inventory experience and NetSuite familiarity preferred. The role involves loading/unloading, inventory control, monthly stock counts, and assisting with planning and transportation arrangements.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Nitec, Higher Nitec or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling and delivery.
• Experience using NetSuite or another warehouse/inventory management system would be an advantage.
• Able to handle goods safely and support loading and unloading activities.
• Careful, responsible and able to maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and inspect goods for local delivery or export.
• Verify description, quantity and documents for outgoing goods.
• Safeguard goods during delivery, collection, loading and unloading.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgement with signature and company stamp where applicable.
• Inspect incoming goods, equipment, packaging and labels for damage or discrepancies.
• Report damaged or incorrect goods promptly to relevant parties.
• Support loading and unloading including container shipments.
• Assist with daily delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
• Record warehouse movements in NetSuite, including bin transfers.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of goods awaiting collection.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and good housekeeping standards.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Verify the description, quantity and supporting documents for all outgoing goods.
• Safeguard goods during delivery, collection, loading and unloading.
• Obtain acknowledgement of delivery, including the recipient's signature and company stamp where applicable.
• Inspect incoming goods, equipment, packaging and labels for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Report damaged or incorrect goods promptly to the relevant parties.
• Support the loading and unloading of goods, including container shipments.
• Assist with daily delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
• Record warehouse movements accurately in the NetSuite system, including bin transfers.
• Maintain proper storage and identification of goods awaiting collection by customers or freight forwarders.
