Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Storage & Backup Administrator to manage HPE Alletra storage platforms, Cloudian Object Storage, and Veeam Kasten for backup and recovery.

The role covers provisioning, performance monitoring, and incident management across enterprise storage environments. You will also handle network connectivity for storage, patching, and documentation, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage and backup platforms.
• Experience in an enterprise or managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support HPE Alletra storage platforms.
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, mapping and capacity management.
• Monitor storage utilisation and performance.
• Support storage maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Administer Cloudian Object Storage environments.
• Manage buckets, users, policies and platform upgrades.
• Support backup and recovery operations using Veeam Kasten.
• Validate backup integrity and recovery procedures.
• Configure and maintain HPE ToR switch connectivity supporting storage environments.
• Troubleshoot storage and network connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents, changes, service requests and root cause analysis.
• Conduct proactive health checks and monitoring.
• Support patching and maintenance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures.
