The role requires a finance/business degree and at least 2 years in operations within wealth management or stockbroking, with strong Excel proficiency and excellent communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and verify stock transfer instructions from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external custodians and brokers to facilitate stock transfers.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies during the transfer process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure audit trails.
