OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist - Stock Transfer to join onsite on a full-time basis. You will process and verify stock transfer instructions, coordinate with external custodians and brokers, and ensure timely, accurate transfers for high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with at least 2 years in operations within wealth management or stockbroking.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in wealth management or stockbroking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SGX and MAS regulatory requirements.
