Job summary

AMARA SANCTUARY SENTOSA is seeking a detail-oriented steward to maintain kitchen and banquet equipment, ensuring timely setup and upkeep. The role requires working with kitchen staff to equip outlets and banquets, while enforcing cleaning and maintenance routines.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a high-demand environment. Some certification in Food & Hygiene is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean and functioning equipment, tableware, glassware and cutleries for use by the kitchen, outlets and banquet
• Provide the required equipment to set up the buffet with Kitchen staff

• Maintain store and ensure equipment is in good condition by scheduling regular maintenance with Engineering.
