Job summary

BNL ENVIRONMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for a cleaning/steward role to maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen and service areas.

You will coordinate with supervisors, ensure proper sanitization of utensils and spaces, and support efficient operation planning. The position requires a six-day work week including Fridays to Sundays, with training and development opportunities and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or stewarding roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Six-day work week; must work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery.
• Supports the overall operations of the establishment by ensuring that all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and organized.
• Ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are washed and stored properly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery.
• Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower, effective work processes and the capability development of staff.
