Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in airport operations, aviation, or logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to leverage data analytics and scenario modelling for strategic planning.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and autonomous in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Formulating and articulating baggage operations requirements for the design and development of T5’s Baggage Handling System (BHS), baggage related facilities and infrastructure.
• Developing future baggage operating concepts, conduct and support proof of concept trials, recommend projects and obtain buy-in from leadership for implementation in current terminals and T5.
• Leading the operational planning for T3 BHS replacement program to mitigate impact of works on airport hub operations.
• Ensuring the smooth and timely operationalisation of new baggage infrastructure through tabletop exercises and ground trials to deliver additional baggage capacity.
• Leading and coaching a small team to deliver key outcomes and achieve organisational objectives.
