Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and ensure proper portioning, garnish and presentation.
• Regulate oven, broiler, grill and roaster temperatures and monitor food quality.
• Maintain food logs and communicate needs during busy periods to support the Chef.
• Inform service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items, ensuring quality adherence.
• Follow safety policies, protect company assets, and maintain professional appearance.
