The role involves regulating oven temperatures, portion control, and maintaining food logs for accurate inventory and presentation.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff; uphold safety, cleanliness, confidentiality and company assets.

Qualificações

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals and cook according to recipes, quality standards and checklists.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and ensure proper portions and garnishes.
• Inform Chef of excess food items and menu specials; support service staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of team members.
