Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical/Precision Engineering for a stamping-focused manufacturing role.

You will prepare monthly production reports, monitor process safety, quality and quantity, and update work instructions as needed. You will lead stamping personnel and toolmakers to hit production targets, coordinate with planners and internal teams to meet delivery schedules, participate in QCC/Kaizen activities and 5S housekeeping, and take on ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing/stamping environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with process troubleshooting and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly production report.
• Daily monitoring of process safety, quality & quantity.
• Update process WI when necessary.
• Lead stamping members and toolmakers to achieve production targets.
• Communicate with planner and internal process members to meet delivery schedule.
• Participate in QCC / Kaizen activity & 5S housekeeping.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superiors.
