TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineering professional to provide technical support for production operations in Singapore.

The role involves equipment qualification, SOP and manual development, and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. The successful candidate will oversee production control activities, manage technical staff, coordinate machine installation, and maintain 5S practices.

Responsibilities

Provide overall technical support for production operations.
Conduct equipment and process qualification activities as required.
Develop and maintain SOPs, machine manuals, and equipment-related documentation.
Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Oversee production control activities including rework, scrap disposition, deviations, validation protocols, and new process implementation.
Manage, supervise and develop technical and engineering staff to support operational objectives.
Coordinate with Production team on machine installation and facility layout planning.
Maintain 5S practices within the workplace.
