Job summary

TDM Precision Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain and enhance the QMS for precision stamping parts, ensuring IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 compliance.

You will lead internal audits, coordinate external audits, review Control Plans and FMEA, and ensure proper documentation for PPAP and SPC. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Eng, 3–5 years in QA for metal fabrication or automotive components, GD&T proficiency, and strong

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/ manufacturing/ industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC and MSA is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document clearly.
• Experience with customer audits and corrective actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits by customers or cert bodies.
• Maintain and improve QMS, including document control and CAR/PAR handling.
• Review control plans, FMEA and associated work instructions.
• Oversee inspection activities for precision stamping parts and tooling.
• Prepare 8D reports and support root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
