Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a stamping production operator in Singapore. You will meet daily production targets and maintain quality per KPI like OEE and PPM for stamping APU.

You will run production, perform quality checks, and record data in standard forms, ensuring safety and 5S practices. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years stamping experience, a mechanical engineering-related credential (NTC 3), and the ability to work independently while learning new processes.

Qualifications

• Min NTC 3 in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year stamping industry experience; 2-3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of stamping safety and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with inspection using Profile projector.
• Ability to train others and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production output and quality requirements.
• Achieve KPIs like OEE, PPM for stamping APU.
• Run production and perform quality checks; record data.
• Escalate quality issues and document data in logs.
• Carry out tooling setup and simple adjustments as needed.
• Maintain 5S around stamping press and ensure safety.
