Job summary

I-PEX Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer to lead digitalization and automation in stamping production and clerical processes, aimed at boosting efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

You will identify manual tasks to replace with automated solutions and drive cross-functional projects across production, engineering, IT and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include implementing Industry 4.0 data collection and dashboards, analysing production data to uncover waste, and

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Drive digitalisation initiatives in production and clerical workflows to reduce manual work
Identify and implement automation solutions for stamping processes and material handling
Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Support implementation of Industry 4.0 systems such as data collection and dashboards
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, IT and Maintenance teams for project execution
Improve reporting and administrative processes through system or scripting solutions
Assist in troubleshooting and provide data-driven improvements
