Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd is seeking an adaptable Clinical Staffing Coordinator to manage fluctuating patient volumes across in-house clinics at Central location. You will fill staffing gaps, cover shortages, and ensure consistent patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians, maintaining accurate records, auditing policies, training new staff, and driving service and clinical quality improvements while complying with SOPs.

44 hours per week (5.5 days - Monday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturday)

Purpose of Position

You will be responsible to ensure tofill staffing gaps and cover shortages as needed, essentially providing flexible staffing across various in-house clinics, to ensure consistent patient care regardless of fluctuating patient volume or staff availability;you are expected to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and patient population. You will be trained to understand the day-to-day operation to ensure smooth operational and clinical processes in every in-house clinics.
