Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide professional care within our clinic setting in Singapore. You will deliver personalized nursing care, educate patients and families, and coordinate care for an assigned patient group, while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires valid SNB Practising Certificate, a nursing Diploma/Bachelor, and the ability to commit to a minimum of three rotating shifts on a roster.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing is required.
• Valid Practising Certificate with SNB.
• Able to commit at least three rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer personalized and quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Coordinate patient care for assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills (IV cannulation, venipuncture, IV meds, ECG).
• Record accurate documentation in patient notes and charts.
• Assist doctors and handle emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment.
• Assist with counter registration and medication packing as assigned.
• Open/close clinic duties and complete ad-hoc tasks as directed.

Job description

• Join a team of well-trained professional staff to administer personalized and quality patient care.
• Provide professional nursing care, educate patients and their family, and perform related duties as required.
• Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as performing IV cannulation, venipuncture for blood sampling, IV administration of medical fluids, ECG monitoring and interpretation.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
• Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to the patients.
• To assist with counter registration, pack medication, and other work to be assigned.
• To assist with opening and closing of the clinic.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
