Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.
• Strong debugging mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience with Linux and modern software tools for development.

Responsibilities

• Perform System-level and board-level Failure Analysis for Data center CPU/GPU products, including customer returns and field failures.
• Conduct System-Level Test (SLT) on internal boards or customer platforms to replicate failures and isolate causes.
• Collaborate with ASIC/Engineering teams for GPU/ASIC investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Document debug findings and corrective actions clearly for reports and customer communications.
