Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a collaborative technical leader to head the Diagnostics team responsible for high-speed interconnect and system-level coverage across Data Center and Server programs. You will shape validation strategy, resolve complex hardware/software challenges, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve quality and delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading software or firmware teams delivering complex products.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end quality, coverage, and completeness of Diagnostics on Data Center and Server programs.
• Define goals, strategies, risks, and requirements for Diagnostics, tools, and frameworks to enable coverage.
• Drive requirements and dependencies to achieve feature coverage and bug-capture targets.
• Own SoC system-level validation methodology including multi-IP verification and stress tests.
• Extend diagnostics coverage into ATE and production screening with effective test sequences.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet milestones and deliverables for bring-up and performance profiling.
• Improve coverage, reduce test time, and drive innovation.
• Mentor talent and influence stakeholders.
