Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a Process Senior Engineer or Engineer to transfer, develop and release advanced semiconductor processes. The role emphasizes DOE-driven improvements to yield, quality and cost, with setup of equipment and process control systems to prevent excursions.

You will troubleshoot out-of-control situations, drive CIP initiatives, and collaborate closely with device, quality, equipment and production teams to meet module objectives.

Qualifications

• Master/degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Dry Etching or Ashing in 6”/8” fab.
• Experience with DOE/DOE-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, develop and/or release new process with DOE-driven improvements.
• Set up Equipment and Process Control to maintain performance and prevent excursions.
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and yield excursions; decide lot disposition.
• Drive CIP to achieve best-in-class yield, quality and cost.
• Train engineers; document processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with device, quality, equipment and production teams to meet objectives.
