Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Central Team Alignment Engineer to drive manufacturing capability improvements, establish global standards, and manage cross‑site process alignment.

You will leverage internal and external resources to hit BIC levels, optimize tool usage, and reduce OPEX/CAPEX through streamlined practices. You will lead global area alignment teams, standardize PM procedures, deploy SEAL BKMs, and mentor engineers for continuous improvement while collaborating with Fab groups,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years experience in Fab/semiconductor environment.
• In depth knowledge of Process and Equipment in Semiconductor Front End.
• Deep expertise in implant process and equipment engineering, including tool installation, qualification (TIQ), and maintenance strategies.
• Experience working across multiple fabs and global sites, including pilot lines, ramp lines, and greenfield startups.
• Preferred experience with SEAL standardization process and implementation of new systems within the process area.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and lead teams.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to manufacturing capability and meet global standards across process areas.
• Lead alignment initiatives with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality, and OCT departments.
• Develop and implement global SKUs and BKMs to standardize practices.
• Create and deploy PM SOPs across Micron networks and integrate into a tablet/Notebook system.
• Establish a formal change-management process for PM procedures and new methods.
• Create and sustain SEAL system BKMs across process areas and coach TFTs.
• Demonstrate leadership with project coaching, coordination, and cross‑site collaboration.
• Communicate progress and risks in Area meetings and with stakeholders.
