Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Central Team Alignment Engineer to drive manufacturing capability improvements and global standardization across process areas.

You will collaborate with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and OCT, traveling internationally as needed to align practices and drive world-class performance. We value deep process/equipment engineering expertise, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a pragmatic approach to eliminating wastes while sustaining safety and production

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years Fab/semiconductor experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvements to manufacturing capability and global standards.
• Lead global standardization of BKMs and tooling practices.
• Collaborate with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and OCT teams.
• Develop global alignment across process areas and institutes.
