Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Central Team Alignment Engineer to drive global standardization and improvements across manufacturing processes. You will lead cross-site alignment, leverage internal/external resources, and mentor teams to achieve world-class performance.

The role requires collaboration with procurement, quality, and site operations, plus willingness to travel internationally to meet objectives and deploy best practices across the Micron network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' Fab/semiconductor experience.
• Experience leading cross-site standardization (SEAL) and global alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to manufacturing capability and cost.
• Deliver industry benchmark methods and global standards.
• Collaborate with SITES, Procurement, Quality and OCT departments.
• Travel internationally as required.
• Lead PM SOP standardization and BKMs deployment.
