• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 10+ years in fab/semiconductor.
• Experience aligning global processes and equipment across sites.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of PM standards and SEAL deployment.

• Drive global standardization of process BKMs.
