• Familiarity with AI tools and digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global alignment and standardization efforts across process areas.
• Collaborate with Fab groups, Procurement, and Quality to drive improvements.
• Develop and implement globally aligned BKMs and procedures across sites.
• Drive improvements to manufacturing capability and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and coach engineers, promoting safe and compliant operations.
