Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong background in SSD performance and power characterization.
• Hands-on data analysis, workload execution, and performance debugging.
• Understanding firmware–hardware interactions affecting latency, bandwidth, and power.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools for research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance and power readiness for assigned programs, from early FW maturity through customer qualification.
• Perform in-depth performance analysis and root-cause debugging across firmware and hardware.
• Plan infrastructure and development needs; apply appropriate performance test levels.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality of work.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Architecture, Systems, QA, and PDT to optimize performance and power.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements in methods, coverage, or tooling.
