Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an SSD System Design Engineer to own end-to-end system design, architecture, and product execution of SSD solutions from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

You will focus on system architecture, integration, and cross-functional technical leadership, ensuring SSDs meet performance, power, reliability, and customer requirements. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, NAND, validation, and manufacturing teams to drive system-level decisions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 6–10 years of SSD, storage, or system engineering experience.
• Experience in product development lifecycle from design through manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive system-level architecture and design specifications.
• Lead system integration across the full product lifecycle.
• Drive product characterization including performance, power, and reliability.
• Lead system debugging across FW, hardware, and NAND domains.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, NAND, validation, and manufacturing teams.
