Job summary

TALENT SPOT GROUP PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced SRE Leader to steer a cloud-native engineering team focused on reliability, scalability, and performance across AWS infrastructure.

You will drive architectural decisions, guide incident response, and advance CI/CD automation. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, implementing observability platforms, and ensuring security/compliance while optimizing costs and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SRE or DevOps experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role as SRE Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Deep AWS knowledge across core services (EKS/ECS, EC2, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Proficient in Python/Go/Bash; strong IaC tooling (Terraform).
• Kubernetes (EKS) mastery; Helm deployment workflows.
• Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.
• Incident management for P0/P1 scale incidents; strong troubleshooting.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SRE engineers; define the team's technical roadmap for AWS cloud-native architectures.
• Establish on-call rotation schedules, incident response protocols, and blameless post-mortems.
• Design and review AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability and DR across multi-AZ / cross-region setups.
• Drive IaC and GitOps (Terraform, CloudFormation) for standardized deployments.
• Architect and implement enterprise observability (Metrics, Logs, Traces) with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry.
• Optimize AWS-based CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for zero-downtime deployments; automate toil-reducing workflows.
• Collaborate with Security and FinOps to enforce least privilege, encryption, cost controls (RI/Savings Plans/Spot) and compliance.
