Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is representing a client in Singapore to hire a Site Reliability Engineer who will drive stability, observability, and automation across the production environment.

You will manage AWS resources and Kubernetes clusters, build robust monitoring, and participate in regional incident response. The role requires 5+ years' SRE experience, scripting skills, and proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ALB, EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise, including cluster operations, troubleshooting, resource management, and governance.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals, with scripting in Python, Shell, or Go.
• Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting MySQL, Redis, and Kafka or RocketMQ.
• Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Proven experience managing production incidents and conducting postmortems.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes: Operate and optimize regional AWS resources and Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitoring & Observability: Build and maintain dashboards, alerting, and logging platforms.
• Incident Management & Reliability: Participate in regional production incident response and runbooks.
• CI/CD & Release Engineering: Develop CI/CD pipelines with canary deployments and rollbacks.
• Database & Middleware Operations: Manage backups, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Security & Access Management: Manage regional IAM accounts and permissions; support WAF and API gateways.
