Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Planner to partner with Sales and drive revenue delivery, focusing on production and supply planning in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. The role requires 3–5 years of planning experience, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Account Manager to focus on revenue delivery and client fulfillment.
• Broaden and deepen client relationships with accountability for service value and SLA leverage.
• Define and implement case management best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to scale service across client tiers.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities safely and comply with EH&S & Security requirements.
• Collaborate on additional projects as needed.

• Partners with sales account manager to focus on Company on revenue delivery
• Broaden and deepen the client relationship with accountability for client fulfillment of the tactical horizon
• Defines and implements case management best practices toto record service value and leverage SLAs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems
