Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our manufacturing operations. You will partner with sales account managers to drive revenue delivery, manage production and supply planning, and support case management to improve service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in production planning or supply chain, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and a background in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of production planning, supply planning or related experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales account managers to focus on revenue delivery.
• Broaden and deepen client relationships with accountability for fulfillment of the tactical horizon.
• Define and implement case management to record service value and leverage SLAs.
• Provide knowledge base to enable scalability of service across client tiers.
• Provide forecasting insights by understanding client market and forecast.

Your Job:

• Partners with sales account manager (AM) to focus on Company on revenue delivery


• Typical performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:


• Partners with sales account manager to focus on Company on revenue delivery


• Broaden and deepen the client relationship with accountability for client fulfillment of the tactical horizon


• Defines and implements case management best practices toto record service value and leverage SLAs to increase customer satisfaction.


• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.


• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.


• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.


• Experience using ERP/MRP systems
